Visitor parking is located on both the north and south sides of the hospital free of charge.  Complimentary valet parking is available Monday - Friday from 8:00AM to 400PM at the south entrance portico.  Just follow the signs to Curbside Valet. 

It is the policy of Lake Pointe Medical Center that all hospital entrances, with the exception of the Emergency Department, be locked between the hours of 9:00PM and 6:00AM.  Access to the hospital during these hours is only allowed through the Emergency Department entrance. 

The Lake Pointe Cafe is located on the first floor of the hospital on the north side of the building and is open Monday through Friday.  Breakfast is served from 7:00AM to 9:30AM and lunch is served from 11:30AM to 1:30PM.  Dinner is not served in the Lake Pointe Cafe.

Guest trays are available for all meals.  If a family memmber or friend would like to dine in your room with you, they may purchase a guest tray by requesting one from the nurse's station.  These guest trays are $3.00 for breakfast and $5.00 for lunch and dinner.

Televisions with satellite service are provided in each patient room.  Controls are available at the bedside.  For additional assistance, please ask your nurse.
