It is a pleasure to tell you about Lake Pointe Medical Center, a truly great hospital.  Our ultimate goal is to ensure that our community receives quality healthcare services. Our team is uncompromising in its commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service. We have a progressive medical staff and dedicated and caring employees who are focused on putting quality patient care first.

We are proud to be named a Solucient Top 100 Hospital three times, but complacency is not in our vocabulary. We are constantly searching for ways to improve and enhance the services we provide. This is demonstrated by a recent major expansion of our services and facilities that included a new Emergency Department, a new Cardiac Catheterization Lab, a full-service Sleep Center, a remodeled and expanded Surgery Department, and an enhanced Labor and Delivery Department. We also recently added Neonatal Nursery services. The addition of Neonatal services greatly expands our capabilities to manage and treat newborns that require a higher and more sophisticated level of care.

Additionally, we are expanding our services into Rockwall and Royse City through the development of two major medical office buildings with diagnostic services.

As you will note from the information in this newsletter, we have a lot of exciting developments occurring at our Hospital. We will continue to expand our facilities and scope of services as necessary to meet the rapidly growing healthcare needs of the residents in our region. As we grow, we want to assure you excellence in service will be our focus.
