Lake Pointe Medical Center has two Mammography Suites. We are certified by the American College Radiology (ACR) and the Food & Drug Administration (FDA).

It is very important that a woman at the age of 40 has yearly mammogram screenings.

There are two types of mammograms:

• Screening - no symptoms/or problems.
• Diagnostic - experiencing problems such as lumps, thickening, swelling and nipple discharge.
