Lake Pointe Medical Center continually strives to offer classes and support groups to the community to promote positive health and understanding. Currently, we offer the following:
- Arthritis Support Group meets the second Thursday of each month beginning at 7:00p.m.
- Diabetes Support Group meets the first Thursday of each month beginning at 7:00p.m.

- American Heart Association CPR classes are held monthly at Lake Pointe Medical Center. Class content includes:
Adult, Child, and Infant CPR
Adult, Child, and Infant Relief for the choking victim
Teaching methods used:
Lecture, video, and hands on manikin practice
